Toggle was very bogus. Wouldn't let me reinstate my policy that wasn't a month old, which I had a policy for a couple of years. I don't think it's fair!

Roadside assistance
I had several calls so I don't know which one I'm judging. The problem was with the service network mostly.
Also the details were not communicated to those tow companies so they would arrive without the correct equipment or not complete the job properly. The third tow guy was extremely skilled at maneuvering the car into the space. All the agents were friendly and tried to be helpful but there was a kind of disconnect to the service department. In the end however I was satisfied because the job got done.
Not all roadside assistance would have gone that far. So in the end I decided I'm pleased with having this service, and after all my car is finally in the driveway!
Asking for roadside assistance and it just ended up hanging up on me. I don't know what happened.
And now this review doesn't allow me to end with one sentence. It wants more and more words.
This is ridiculous. No, no, what kind of stupid thing is this that you have to write a really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really long review?

We dont use auto pay for our auto insurance. The billing by mail is a nightmare.
Im still pissed and thinking of changing to another insurance company. If this were a one-time issue my concern would be less serious but, its been multiple issues over the last year with no resolution in sight.

Horrible
I couldn't move because the property was damaged. Then I asked for my money back from Toggle, and they refused to give it to me, even though I did my cancellation online.

I spoke to CS rep to let him know I was not successful in my online attempts to update my mileage online. He took my info courteously and rectified my mileage in the Toggle system.

Unable to get a hold of anyone and I want to just finish my payment. Whenever I press one or any other number, it doesnt take me to any of the customer service representative. I just want to make sure my payment goes through because the website tells me to update my card information and that the money will be taken out automatically, and it has not been
